Rockwood Strategic Plc (LSE: RKW) announces that it received notice on 9^th April 2024 that, Richard Staveley, PDMR of the Company, purchased 31,006 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company, at a price of 210.59 pence per Ordinary Share, on 9^th April 2024. Mrs Suzanne Staveley, his wife, also purchased 16,619 shares at the same price.

Following the purchases, Mr Staveley, together with his connected persons, is interested in 369,005 Ordinary Shares, reflecting 1.17% of RKW's issued share capital.
