NewMedia SPARK PLC 16 July 2001 Embargoed for release: 07.00 on Monday 16th July 2001 Tony Sarin to become CEO of Numerica Group NewMedia SPARK ('SPARK') today announces that Tony Sarin has resigned as an Executive Director of SPARK to become CEO of Numerica Group. Tony will remain on the SPARK Board as a non-executive director. Numerica Group is a newly established business services group, formed to integrate accountancy and other related services firms across the UK. Levy Gee, the top 20 accountants and business advisers, has agreed to become the cornerstone business within the Numerica Group.
