NewMedia SPARK plc announces Board Changes

NewMedia SPARK plc ('SPARK') announces that Joel Plasco has resigned from the
Board with immediate effect.  Mr Plasco has been appointed as Vorstand
(executive Managing Director) of Spuetz AG, a German listed company in which
SPARK holds a 68% stake.
