            Offer for Internet Indirect plc ('Internet Indirect')


   Application for additional new SPARK Shares and new SPARK Warrants to be
       admitted to the Alternative Investment Market in connection with

                           Warrantholder proposals




The Board of SPARK announces that application has been made to admit a further
3,240,000 new SPARK Shares and 1,200,000 new SPARK Warrants to trading on AIM
in respect of acceptances of the proposals made to holders of warrants in
Internet Indirect on 6 November 2000 pursuant to the recommended offer for
that company. Admission is expected to take place on 11 December 2000.
