                            Substantial Shareholders

The Company has been notified of the following substantial shareholdings:

-  As at 11 February 2005, Commonwealth Bank of Australia ceased to be a 
substantial holder in the Company

-  As at 14 February 2005, National Australia Bank Limited Group held 9,631,178 
fully paid ordinary shares in the Company, representing 5.18% of the total 
issued share capital of the Company

-  As at 15 February 2005, JP Morgan Chase & Co and its affiliates held 
13,401,292 fully paid ordinary shares in the Company, representing 7.20% of the 
total issued share capital of the Company
