Further to the announcement on 26 March 2007 relating to the appointment of
Dennis Paterson as an Executive Director of the Company, ROC confirms that Mr
Paterson holds 450,000 options under the Executive Share Option Scheme, further
details of which can be found in the Company's Annual Report for the year to 31
December 2006.



During the past five years, Mr Paterson was also a director of BPC Limited.



There is no further information to be disclosed pursuant to Rule 17 or Schedule
Two paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
