                                NEW APPOINTMENT

ROC is pleased to announce the appointment of its new 'General Manager - 
External Affairs and Investor Relations', Mr Damian Fisher. Mr Fisher has over 
25 years commercial and government experience and is a graduate in International
Relations from Macquarie University. Prior to joining ROC Mr Fisher was
Australia's Consul General and Senior Trade Commissioner in Istanbul, Turkey.
This followed a diplomatic posting in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia where he was
responsible for expanding Australian commercial relations in Saudi Arabia,
Kuwait and Bahrain. Prior to joining Austrade, Mr Fisher worked as a corporate
analyst with the Commonwealth Bank of Australia and as an advisor on
international business issues for the private sector industry association,
Australian Business Limited.
