                            Block Listing Application

                                        
Application has been made by the Company to the AIM Market of the London Stock
Exchange plc for the block admission of up to 2,392,400 ordinary shares of no
par value which may be allotted and issued in due course should options granted
to employees of the Company under the rules of the Company Employee Share Option
Plan ('the Plan') be exercised.

The Company currently has an issued share capital of 175,926,403 ordinary shares
of no par value.
