                            Drilling Activity Update:
            Offshore Perth Basin Exploration Drilling - Perseverance-1


Roc Oil (WA) Pty Limited advises that, as of 0600 hrs on 1 May 2007 Australian
Western Standard Time ('AWST'), the demobilisation of the Premium 'Wilcraft' rig
from Frankland-1 exploration well in WA-286-P has been delayed due to adverse
weather conditions outside normal rig operating limits.

The forward programme for the 'Wilcraft' rig is to move to the Perseverance-1
exploration well location in WA-325-P, approximately 80 km north of Frankland-1,
as soon as weather permits.
