Further to the announcement of the Company's results for the year ended 31 December 2022 on 30 May 2023, Rockhopper (AIM: RKH) confirms that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2022 will be available from 12.00 noon today on the Company's website. Hard copies have been posted to those shareholders who elected to receive them, together with documentation for the 2023 Annual General Meeting ("AGM").
The AGM is scheduled to be held at 10.00 a.m. on Thursday, 29 June 2023 at The Clubhouse, Skew Bridge, Wilton Road, Salisbury, Wiltshire SP2 9NY.
