Completion of Placing and Confirmation of Total Voting Rights 

The Company can confirm that it has successfully completed the placing of 92,592,593 new Ordinary Shares and accordingly the issued share capital of the Company now consists of 173,107,113 ordinary shares of 1p each with voting rights. No ordinary shares are held in treasury.

The above figure of 173,107,113 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
