The Company announces that it has today received notification from Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Ltd that, as of 22 October 2010, it held 9,989,606 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), which currently represents 5.19 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

The percentage holding described above is based on the current issued ordinary share capital of the Company and does not take account of the shares anticipated to be issued pursuant to the placing as announced on 19 October 2010.
