"Papua Mining plc ("Papua" or "the Company") announces that on 2 November 2017 Paul Johnson, a non-executive Director of the Company purchased 250,000 shares in the Company at a price of 1.40 pence each and a further 250,000 shares in the Company at a price of 1.45 pence each." 

The corresponding change has been made in section 3. c) of the table.

All other figures remain unchanged.

Papua Mining plc ("Papua" or "the Company") announces that on 2 November 2017 Paul Johnson, a non-executive Director of the Company purchased 250,000 shares in the Company at a price of 1.40 pence each and a further 250,000 shares in the Company at a price of 1.45 pence each. Mr Johnson, together with his wife, now holds 19,384,565 shares in the Company, representing 5.65 per cent. of the issued share capital.
