                                 Property Update

Robinson plc (stock code: RBN), the custom manufacturer of plastic and
paperboard packaging based in Chesterfield, makes the following announcement:

In our interim report issued in August 2007, we said that we expected to
complete the sale of the surplus property, known as Walton Works, Chesterfield,
during the second half of the year, subject to the necessary planning approvals.
We have now been informed that the planning application has not been approved
and we expect our partners in this project to appeal this decision. As a result,
the sale of this property is now not expected to take place until next year.
