Robert Walters Plc ('Robert Walters' or 'the Company')


Trading Update


The Board of Robert Walters announces that as a result of favourable trading
towards the end of the year, the profit for the full year ending 31 December
2005 is expected to be somewhat ahead of market expectations. The Company expect
to announce its results at the beginning of March 2006.
