ANNOUNCEMENT OF BOARD CHANGES

The Board of Robert Walters plc has today accepted the resignation of Mr
Daniel Affolter from the post of non-Executive Chairman, and from the Board,
with immediate effect.

Mr Timothy Barker, currently an independent non-Executive Director of the
company, will assume the responsibilities of Acting Chairman.  The Board
intends to seek the appointment of another non-Executive Director at an early
opportunity.
