notifiable interests of Mr. Edward C. Johnson 3rd (Principal Shareholder of
Fidelity International Limited) informing it that following a change in holdings
since last filing of 265,095 shares (date or dates not specified) they now have
a non beneficial interest in 9,314,250 shares representing 10.999% of the
Company's issued Ordinary Share Capital.
