                             Director Shareholding


The Company was informed today that Giles Daubeney, Chief Operating Officer of
the Company, has sold 190,000 ordinary shares of 20p each at a price of 246
pence per share. The proceeds of the sale of these shares, together with the
shares sold by Mr Daubeney on 6 September 2006, are being used to finalise a
divorce settlement. Following this disposal Mr Daubeney remains beneficially
interested in 1,121,959 ordinary shares which represents 1.32 per cent. of the
issued share capital of the Company.
