The Company was informed today that Giles Daubeney, Chief Operating Officer of
the Company, sold 210,000 ordinary shares of 20p each at a price of 262.5 pence
per share for personal reasons. Following this disposal Mr Daubeney is
beneficially interested in 1,311,959 ordinary shares which represents 1.68 per
cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
