Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock
Exchange for admission to (i) the Official List and (ii) to trading on the
London Stock Exchange's markets for listed securities in respect of 100,000
ordinary shares of 20p each ('New Ordinary Shares').


The New Ordinary Shares, which will rank pari passu in all respects with the
existing ordinary shares in issue, are being issued pursuant to the exercise of
employee share options. It is expected that Admission will become effective and
that dealings in the New Ordinary Shares will commence on 28 February 2006.
