Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and the UK Listing
Authority for a Vendor Consideration of 2,356,927 Ordinary shares of 20p each
of Robert Walters Plc to be admitted to the Official List.  The shares to be
issued are in respect of the Acquisition of  Dunhill.

The shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued
ordinary share capital of the company.
