RM appointed exclusive UK education distributor for HP Mini-Note PC
RM has entered into an exclusive partnership with HP to supply the innovative
new HP 2133 Mini-Note PC to UK education establishments.
The HP Mini-Note is a full function ultra-portable mobile PC designed for
education. Weighing just 1.27kg and featuring an 8.9 inch, 1280x760 display,
wireless networking and a choice of operating systems including Microsoft
Windows XP, the HP Mini-Note is flexible enough for use in the classroom, at
home or on-the-go.

• Pupils can learn everywhere they go - from class to home and field
trips - thanks to durability features including: a scratch resistant display and
magnesium hinge bracket; HP DuraKeys, featuring a clear coating applied over the
notebook keyboard that protects the finish and the printed characters; HP 3D
DriveGuard which sends a signal to protect the hard drive against sudden
movement or shock.
• A large 8.9-inch 1280 x 760 WXGA display, 92% of full-size user-friendly full
keyboard (QWERTY), and touchpad.
• Two battery solutions - 3-cell for lightest-weight configurations with up to
two hours of battery life or 6-cell for up to four hours of battery life.
An HP Mini-Note with 2GB memory, 120GB internal hard disk, 802.11a/b/g wireless
networking, integrated 10/100/1000 Ethernet and two USB 2.0 ports will cost £389
