RM plc has been informed that the following Directors' dealings in shares of the
Company took place today.

Sherry Coutu, Non-Executive Director bought 7,237 2p ordinary shares at a price
of 137p per share.  Her beneficial holding now stands at 44,316 2p ordinary
shares, which represents 0.049% of the issued share capital of the Company.

John Windeler, Non-Executive Director bought 4,000 2p ordinary shares at a price
of 137p per share.  His beneficial holding now stands at 29,000 2p ordinary
shares, which represents 0.032% of the issued share capital of the Company.
