RM plc has today been notified that Graeme Dewart, Ian Todd, Russell Govan and
Andy Robson (persons discharging managerial responsibility as described in the 1
July Disclosure Rules) sold shares on 28 November 2005 that were released to
them on that day, under the RM plc Co-Investment Plan.

Graeme Dewart received 70,229 shares and sold 70,229 shares at a price of 155p.
Following the transaction Graeme Dewart's beneficial holding in the company is
unchanged at 31,621 shares (representing approximately 0.035% of the Company's
issued share capital).

Ian Todd received 24,834 shares and sold 24,834 shares at a price of 155p.
Following the transaction Ian Todd's beneficial holding in the company is
unchanged at 28,402 shares (representing approximately 0.031% of the Company's
issued share capital).

Russell Govan received 86,694 shares and sold 35,634 shares at a price of 155p.
Following the transaction Russell Govan's beneficial holding in the company has
increased to 122,639 shares (representing approximately 0.135% of the Company's
issued share capital).

Andy Robson received 2,638 shares and sold 1,085 shares at a price of 155p.
Following the transaction Andy Robson's beneficial holding in the company has
increased to 2,810 shares (representing approximately 0.003% of the Company's
issued share capital).
