RM plc have been notified that on 16 & 17 March 2006 Andy Robson (persons
discharging managerial responsibility) purchased 10,132 ordinary 2p shares at an
average weighted price of 197.37p per share.  Following the transactions Andy
Robson's beneficial holding in the Company increased to 15,270 shares
(representing 0.02% of the Company's issued share capital).
