                               PDMR Shareholding


RM plc has been notified that Ian Todd and Russell Govan (persons discharging
managerial responsibility as described in the 1 July Disclosure Rules) sold
shares on 5 December 2006 that were released to them on that day, under the RM
plc Co-Investment Plan.

Ian Todd received 21,495 shares and sold 8,836 shares at a price of 177p.
Following the transaction Ian Todd's beneficial holding in the company increased
to 41,123 shares (representing approximately 0.045% of the Company's issued
share capital).

Russell Govan received 41,566 shares and sold 41,566 shares at a price of 177p.
Following the transaction Russell Govan's beneficial holding in the company
remains at 122,701 shares (representing approximately 0.134% of the Company's
issued share capital).
