                      Notification of Directors' Dealings


RM plc have been notified that today Executive Director Rob Sirs sold 38,762
ordinary 2p shares (representing 0.04% of the Company's issued share capital) at
a price of 171p per share and his wife (a connected person) sold 30,000 ordinary
2p shares (representing 0.03% of the Company's issued share capital) at a price
of 171p per share. Following these transactions Rob Sir's beneficial holding in
the Company (including shares held on his behalf under the terms of the RM plc
2005 Deferred Bonus Plan) is now 104,075 ordinary 2p shares (representing 0.11%
of the Company's issued share capital).
