                          PDMR Share Options Exercise


On 16 February 2006 RM plc was notified that Russell Govan (person discharging
managerial responsibility as described in the 1 July Disclosure Rules) had
exercised and sold share options that were granted under the RM plc 2001
Executive Share Option Scheme.

Russell Govan on 16 February 2006 exercised options over 53,478 shares at an
exercise price of 71.5p per share and sold 53,478 shares at a price of 190p per
share.  Following the transaction Russell Govan's beneficial holding in the
Company is unchanged at 122,639 shares (representing approximately 0.134% of the
Company's issued share capital).
