     RM Community Connect chosen for all primary schools in Northern Ireland


RM confirms that it has entered into an agreement with Northgate Information
Solutions to supply its Community Connect range of ICT infrastructure software
to primary schools in Northern Ireland as part of the C2K programme. Community
Connect is already in use in Northern Ireland's post-primary schools as part of
an earlier phase of the C2K programme.

Community Connect will be provided as part of Northgate's Lot 6 contract with
C2K. Lot 6 is a five-year project to provide a full ICT managed service to 883
primary schools in and is intended to enhance teaching and learning for
approximately 150,000 pupils and teachers.

Commenting on the contract, Tim Pearson, CEO of RM, said:

Solutions. Northgate Information Solutions announced that it had been appointed
to deliver Lot 6 of the C2K programme on 1 December 2006.

RM has worked with Northgate Information Solutions (and its predecessor company
SX3) for many years to provide innovative educational ICT solutions, both to the
C2K programme and to individual schools.
