Confirmation of Chief Financial Officer Start Date

Further to the announcement made on 20^th May 2015, and in accordance with paragraph 9.6.12 of the Listing Rules, RM plc ("RM") today confirms that, on 28^th September 2015, Neil Martin will join the Board of RM as Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") and Iain McIntosh, the current CFO, will leave the Group and cease being a Director of RM.
