Application has been made to the Financial Services Authority and the London
Stock Exchange Plc for a total of 1,089,128 Ordinary shares of 2p each
('shares') to be admitted to the Official List. It is expected that admission
will be granted on 29 January 2001 and trading will commence on 301 January
2001

1,000,000 of these share are being reserved under a block listing and will be
issued pursuant to the following scheme:

The balance of 89,128 Ordinary Shares are being issued as a further issue of
shares in connection with the acquisition of 3T Productions Limited.

These shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary shares.
