In accordance with the requirements of Listing Rule 9.6.14, the Company advises that it has been notified of the following change to directorships in other publicly quoted companies held by a member of the Board.

Emma Davies will be appointed as a non-executive director of Baillie Gifford European Growth Trust plc on 1 January 2021. Baillie Gifford European Growth Trust plc was admitted to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange on 19 December 2005.
