Further to its announcement on 14th August 2002, Caldwell successfully launched
its new Suncanopy product 'NinaSun' at the SPOGA Show in Cologne last week.
Considerable interest was shown in 'NinaSun' by a large number of manufacturers
and distributors from 26 countries.


Subsequent to the interest shown at the show, Caldwell hopes to enter into
discussions during the next few weeks with two leading manufacturers of outdoor
furniture for the hotel and leisure industries. Caldwell has high hopes that
these discussions will lead to significant orders. However, production lead
times mean that it is unlikely that deliveries for any such orders would be
completed in the current financial year.


The Directors are delighted with the interest shown in the 'NinaSun' and
continue to believe that the large potential market for the product will provide
exciting opportunities for the Group.
