          Caldwell Investments P.L.C. embarks on commercial production

                             of Ninaclip Suncanopy



Following the successful completion of the placing announced on 7th August 2002,
and receipt of its first order for the Ninaclip Suncanopy, Caldwell has decided
to embark on commercial production of this new product.

The Ninaclip Suncanopy will be shown to the public for the first time and
officially launched at the SPOGA exhibition in Cologne on September 1st, 2nd and
3rd.

Significant interest in the Ninaclip Suncanopy is expected at SPOGA. Caldwell
believe the large potential market for this product offers exciting
opportunities for the Group.
