The Board of Caldwell Investments, creators of the NinaSun Canopy for sensible
solar protection, today announces that it has appointed Bishopsgate
Communications Ltd as its Financial & Corporate PR and Investor Relations
adviser, with effect from 1 November 2005.

The Company intends to announce its interim results for the six months ended 31
August 2005 on Monday 28 November 2005, following its transfer to the
Alternative Investment Market, expected on Friday 25 November 2005.
