CALDWELL APPOINTS NINASUN CANOPY DISTRIBUTOR FOR SPAIN.


Caldwell Investments PLC are pleased to announce the appointment of a
non-exclusive NinaSun canopy distributor for the territories of Spain, it's
Continental Islands, Spanish African Territories and Andorra (The Spanish
Market).



The distributor believes that The Spanish Market for the NinaSun canopy 'is a
large potential market with an order of magnitude of over 150,000 units per
annum'.



This Spanish appointment is in addition to Caldwell's existing NinaSun
non-exclusive canopy distributors in France and Belgium, together with
Caldwell's existing distribution arrangements in Brazil.
