Caldwell Investments plc ('Caldwell' or 'the Company') announces that Neil Gow
has resigned as a director of the Company with immediate effect.  Since joining
the Company, Neil has been instrumental in generating initial sales of Ninasun
garden furniture to garden centres across the United Kingdom.  The Company now
intends to build further on this platform through the use of a national network
of sales agents. It also intends to develop sales into the German market through
its Nissel subsidiary.



Stanley Wootliff, Chairman of Caldwell, said 'Neil's efforts have been extremely
helpful in establishing the Ninasun product range in garden centres across the
UK.  His departure provides an opportunity for the Company to further develop
its sales strategy through the use of a national team of sales agents with
existing well established connections in the market place.'
