DIRECTORS SHARE PURCHASE

On 11th July 2003, Mr. S.J. Wootliff purchased a total of 200,000 (Two hundred
thousand) ordinary shares of the Company being 1.31% of the Company's ordinary
issued share capital.  The transaction was carried out at 16p.

Following this transaction, the aggregate beneficial holding of Mr. and Mrs
Wootliff will be 3,300,026 shares being 22% of the Company's issued share 
capital.
