On 28th April 2003, Mr. S.J. Wootliff purchased a total of 200,000 (two hundred
thousand) Ordinary Shares of the Company being 1.32% of the Company's Ordinary
Issued Share Capital. The transaction was carried out at 10p.

Following this transaction, the aggregate beneficial holding of Mr and Mrs
Wootliff will be 2,900,026 being 19.22% of the Company's Issued Share Capital.
