DIRECTORS SHARE PURCHASE


On 30th April/1st May 2001, Mr. and Mrs. Wootliff purchased a total of 175,000
(One hundred and seventy five thousand) ordinary shares of the company being
1.27% of the company's ordinary issued share capital.   The transactions were
carried out at 25,000 at .05p, 50,000 at .055p, and 100,000 at .06p.


Following these transactions,  the aggregate beneficial holding of Mr. and
Mrs. Wootliff will be 1,705,026 shares being 12.36% of the company's issued
share capital.
