A Board meeting to consider the capital and income dividends for the above company was held at the registered address on 23rd February 2010.

The rate for the Capital dividend is 1.275p per Capital share payable on 31^st March 2010 to shareholders on the register as at 5th March 2010.

The rate for the Income dividend is 17.00p per Income share payable on 31^st March 2010 to shareholders on the register as at 5th March 2010.

These are subject to approval by shareholders at the annual general meeting on 25th March 2010.
