A Board meeting to consider the capital and income dividends for the above company was held at the registered address on 26th February 2009.

The rate for the Capital dividend is 1.65p per Capital share payable on 31st March 2009 to shareholders on the register as at 6th March 2009. 

The rate for the Income dividend is 17.00p per Income share payable on 31st March 2009 to shareholders on the register as at 6th March 2009. 

These are subject to approval by shareholders at the annual general meeting on 26th March 2009.
