                                 RIGHTMOVE PLC

Rightmove plc announces that the cancellation of the Company's share premium
account, approved by shareholders at the EGM held on 30 October 2006, has become
effective and that the Board has declared an interim dividend of 1.5p per
ordinary share, payable on 21 December 2006 to all shareholders on the register
at 24 November 2006.
