Rightmove plc announces today that on the 4 July 2006 Elizabeth Taylor was
appointed as Company Secretary. She has taken over the role from Graham
Zacharias, Group Finance Director, who previously acted as Company Secretary in
addition to his finance role. Liz was formerly Company Secretary of The Berkeley
Group Holdings plc. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries
and Administrators.
