               Acquisition of 66.67% of Holiday Lettings Limited                


Rightmove plc is pleased to announce that it has acquired 66.67% of the issued
share capital of Holiday Lettings Limited ('HLL'). The total value of the gross
assets of HLL as at 31 March 2006 (being the date of the last statutory
accounts) was approximately £66,000.

There is no further information required to be disclosed in relation to Listing
Rules 10.3.2.

Holiday Lettings Limited is a provider of on-line advertising services to owners
of holiday rental properties. HLL is strong in the area of overseas holiday
homes owned by UK residents. This complements two of Rightmove's existing lines
of businesses: advertising overseas properties for sale to UK residents and
advertising UK holiday homes to let. Rightmove will continue to build its
overseas homes for sale business but will merge its UK holiday lettings business
into the HolidayLettings.co.uk business.
