The Company has received notification today that Mrs Judith Harper (wife of Michael Harper, Chairman) purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company at a price of 270 pence per share on 2 December 2010.

Michael Harper now holds a total direct and indirect voting right interest in 30,000 ordinary shares in the Company, being 0.06% of the issued ordinary share capital.
