Board Resignation

Ricardo Plc, a market leading engineering, management and automotive consultancy

employing over 1700 people worldwide, announces the resignation of Geoff

Bicknell as an executive director with effect from 13 January 2009.

Paula Bell has resumed her full time role as Group Finance Director since returning from maternity leave.  

Chief Executive Officer, Dave Shemmans said:

'On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Geoff for his contribution to the Group as Interim Group Finance Director. His expertise and wise counsel have been very much appreciated.'
