Ricardo plc announces that, with immediate effect, Clive Hickman, Managing
Director Ricardo UK Ltd and a member of the Ricardo plc board, will assume
direct responsibility for the management of Ricardo Driveline and Transmission
Systems (DTS) in addition to his other current responsibilities for Ricardo
Consulting Engineers and Ricardo Vehicle Engineering. Gerald Andrews, currently
Managing Director of DTS, has resigned from this position and also the board of
Ricardo plc and will leave the Company in the near future.
