The Company received notification on 18 December 2012 that Markus Doerr, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility sold 25,000 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company at a price of 364 pence per share on 18 December 2012.

Markus Doerr now holds a total direct and indirect voting right interest in 36,225 ordinary shares in the Company, being 0.06 % of the issued ordinary share capital.
