Ricardo plc ("Ricardo") a market leading engineering and consulting company announces that, further to its statement on 5 July 2016, the acquisition of the Italian motorcycle, urban mobility and industrial design and engineering business, Motorcycle Engineering Italia s.r.l., which comprises the entire business, operating assets and employees of Exnovo s.r.l. completed today, 29 July 2016.
